Subscriptions & Hourly Fees

At RN on Demand we understand the importance of quality time and our daily schedules are written with YOU in mind. During your weekly house call, your nurse will thoroughly assess your specific healthcare needs and address any changes. We can assist with making provider appointments; follow up on care provided by home health and address medication issues. Together, you and your nurse will update your service plan and complete all documentation related to your visit. Printed copies will be available for your records and faxed to your physician by the end of the next business day.

$799.00 Monthly Subscriptions

Dedicated to maintaining your personal wellbeing, our monthly subscription is designed to build a working relationship between you and your private nurse. Getting to know you and your personal life care wishes will empower your nurse as your healthcare advocate in times of need. A $150.00 administration fee will also be charged on your first visit.

Medical Escorts or Medical Companions

A licensed nurse can be prescheduled to attend medical, dental, or personal appointments. Transportation services are not provided by RN on Demand, however, we can help make arrangements. Scheduled in two hour minimum intervals, your nurse can either travel with you to your destination or meet you there. Following appointments requiring sedation, you can rest assured knowing that your nurse will be at your side. Ready and available to directly assist you during the immediate recovery process, your private nurse will clarify and relay post-procedural instructions, secure new medications or direct them to your preferred pharmacy, relay test results, and clarify provider follow-up requirements. At your discretion and according to your life-care directives, after your appointment has ended, your licensed medical escort will provide a nursing report to the appropriate parties including either your personal caregiver, a home health nurse, your medical power of attorney, or a family member. Your nurse will remain with you until returning home or you are safely on your way.

Registered Nurse $125.00/hour    

Licensed Practical Nurse $100.00/hour
